His grandfather laid brick in Tijuana with nothing but skill and will. His father brought that craft to San Diego and spent decades building structures that lasted. Gabe grew up watching what it meant to work with your hands, take pride in what you build, and never cut corners. That standard didn't stay in the past — it became the foundation of everything Silverado does.

What began as a passion for construction evolved into something broader. Building structures. Restoring them when disaster strikes. Rebuilding what water, fire, and time take away. Gabe recognized early that the two weren't separate — they were the same commitment to craftsmanship, applied at different moments in a building's life.

Eighteen years later, he still runs every project like his family's name is on it.

From the moment a call comes in, our operations and project management team coordinates everything — rapid field deployment, scope assessment, subcontractor management, insurance documentation, and client communication. Every phase of every project is tracked, reported, and managed to completion. Whether the job is emergency stabilization, full reconstruction, or a ground-up build, nothing falls through the cracks because we don't allow it.

We work directly alongside facilities teams, property managers, insurance adjusters, and building owners to keep every project moving forward without delays, surprises, or miscommunication. Field & Restoration Technicians

Silverado's field technicians are IICRC-certified in water damage restoration and microbial remediation, OSHA-trained, and experienced across the full range of construction and restoration work — from emergency water extraction and mold remediation to structural framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work. They've worked in university research buildings, healthcare facilities, government properties, and family homes.
